The Solution:
It was also really important this campaign wasn’t forced but felt like an honest representation of the company. So, working alongside their Head of HR, Brand Manager and Founder & COO, we created a campaign which championed their team in a style that felt unmistakably ‘GoHenry’. Asking real life kid customers to interview them, we eeked out what really made them tick.
Why It Mattr’d:
We made the most of our time with the kids and team on set, banking a whole suite of content that the brand team could use on social well beyond the original purposes of the recruitment campaign. And on a personal note, it was great to get the team interacting with their their customers on such an intimate level…something that definitely brought a real sense of authenticity to the narrative.
THE CHALLENGE:
GoHenry were scaling at an incredibly rapid rate and knew that to maintain the special culture they’d created, they needed to attract talent that truly understood their mission. They had never worked with an agency partner before, so the gauntlet was laid for us to prove how we were the right choice to help them bring their story to life.
